If we see the 9323 event that says something like:
Entry 'User' has email certificates invalid or expired. These certificates are not included in the offline address list for '\\ Global Address List'. - List of Default Offline Address
We have to go to user manager and active directory user properties in certificates issued, must be replaced by a valid certificate or eliminate the error.
