If editáis movies with Adobe Premiere must be aware that the original files are obviously creates a cache occupies the same as them.
And of course, those files are not deleted but are eaten alone hard drive that gives pleasure.
To delete must go to Edit / Preferences / Media and give clean media database.
Be calm because if you open the project these files will be recreated so it's no problem deleting them.
